How long does a project take?
Most websites are delivered in 30 days. We built our process around that timeline because we know you're not looking for a six month project, you're looking for results. Larger or more complex engagements may take longer and we'll always be upfront about that before we start.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. Every site we build is handed off with a walkthrough so you or your team can make basic updates without needing to call us. If you'd rather we handle it, we offer ongoing support for that too.
Do I need to have a brand before starting?
No. A lot of clients come to us without a polished brand and that's completely fine. We'll figure out what you need in our first conversation. Sometimes it's just a website. Sometimes there's a bit more work to do underneath it. Either way we'll tell you honestly what we think before anything gets started.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. The website is just the starting point. Once you're live we can help with updates, ongoing marketing support, and anything else that comes up as your business grows. Some of our best client relationships started with a website and turned into something much longer.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
We work with established businesses that have outgrown how they look online. Trades, manufacturing, professional services, hospitality. If you've built something real and your website doesn't reflect it yet, you're probably the right fit. If you're not sure, reach out and we'll tell you honestly whether we think we can help.
How do payments work?
We collect a 50% deposit to kick the project off and the remaining 50% before the site goes live. Simple, straightforward, and no surprises along the way.
